What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned customers as their primary point of contact and advocate.
  • Partner with Professional Services to onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Create and execute shared success plans aligned with customer business goals.
  • Monitor customer health using the CSP system and playbooks to mitigate risks.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Support and Product teams to resolve customer challenges and drive feature adoption.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • Experience in customer success or account management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.
