What you will do
- Own the end-to-end execution of the annual flagship conference "Collaborative", including production, vendor management, and on-site leadership.
- Manage all conference logistics, including general sessions, breakouts, customer dinners, and executive programs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing stakeholders to align audience targeting and programming priorities.
- Support field marketing events, roundtables, partner activations, and sponsored third-party events.
- Track event performance against KPIs and compile post-event recaps to inform future budget decisions.
- Negotiate vendor and venue contracts and build scalable process documentation to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in event or experiential marketing.
- Direct ownership of large-scale conference execution (500+ attendees, multi-day, multi-track).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Swoogo, ClickUp, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Must be based in the US (implied by US salary and 401k benefits).

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or nonprofit technology sectors.
- Familiarity with building scalable event operations systems and reporting infrastructure.
