Location: Must be based in the United States (preference for US East Coast)

Salary: $100,000–$145,000 per year + 12% discretionary bonus

What you will do

  • Define and execute a North America field events plan to enhance brand visibility and achieve business goals.
  • Develop localized marketing strategies to drive demand and accelerate the sales pipeline.
  • Plan and execute a broad range of events, from executive dinners to multi-city roadshows.
  • Lead event logistics, including budgeting, vendor management, and pre/post-event marketing.
  • Track key event metrics and KPIs to present actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Client Success.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of experience in field or corporate events management within a technology, software, or e-commerce organization.
  • Proven experience executing industry events similar to Shoptalk, NRF, or eTail.
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and event success measurement.
  • Proficiency with event management tools such as Cvent, Marketo, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting events across diverse industries and market segments.
  • Experience working directly with sales teams to drive measurable results.
  • US East Coast residency.
