Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Plan and execute external events including customer summits, executive dinners, product launches, and webinars.
- Coordinate logistics: venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, AV support, and attendee communications.
- Manage project plans, timelines, and event calendars to ensure milestones are met.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
- Provide on-site support and manage attendee experience and issue resolution.
- Support post-event reporting, lead management, and budget tracking.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in event coordination or event marketing.
- Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Based in or within commuting distance of the New York City metro area.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to support company events.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B SaaS events, conferences, or trade shows.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Cvent, Canva, Figma, or Google Workspace.
- Experience supporting virtual events or webinars.
- Background in healthcare or other regulated industries.
