TL;DR

Event Marketing Coordinator (Healthcare): Planning and executing customer-facing and industry events with an accent on logistics coordination, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on delivering high-quality summits, product launches, and webinars to strengthen customer relationships and brand presence.

Location: Hybrid (New York City metro area). Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Plan and execute external events including customer summits, executive dinners, product launches, and webinars.
  • Coordinate logistics: venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, AV support, and attendee communications.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and event calendars to ensure milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
  • Provide on-site support and manage attendee experience and issue resolution.
  • Support post-event reporting, lead management, and budget tracking.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in event coordination or event marketing.
  • Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
  • Based in or within commuting distance of the New York City metro area.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to support company events.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B SaaS events, conferences, or trade shows.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Cvent, Canva, Figma, or Google Workspace.
  • Experience supporting virtual events or webinars.
  • Background in healthcare or other regulated industries.
