TL;DR

Marketing Manager, Success (Edtech): Developing and managing a marketing engine to keep district partners engaged and activated with an accent on partner retention and multi-audience communications. Focus on building replicable launch playbooks, producing high-impact content, and coordinating success operations.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and authorized to work via E-Verify)

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 + equity

Early-stage company building a new kind of mental health program for kids that puts schools at the center to ensure earlier intervention and better coordination of care.

What you will do

  • Scale and execute the engagement playbook across all district partners to drive retention.
  • Own the writing, production, and performance tracking for monthly partner newsletters.
  • Build and document a replicable launch playbook for enterprise districts.
  • Maintain a content library of case studies, impact stories, and press releases.
  • Coordinate district events, success requests, and the Family Webinar Series end-to-end.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to align marketing initiatives with district needs.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, edtech, or healthtech.
  • Proven ability to manage communications for diverse audiences (school counselors, families, and administrators).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines for multiple projects.
  • Experience building and executing lifecycle or retention marketing programs.
  • Proficiency with marketing operations tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to K-12 school districts.
  • Familiarity with CSM or customer success workflows.
  • Experience with Asana, Salesforce, Figma, or Claude.
