Senior Manager, FP&A; & Business Operations (SaaS)

Location: Remote (US) or Remote (Canada)

Annual base salary: $160,000–$215,000, plus potential commission or performance bonuses, equity, and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Own the operating model and rolling forecast for revenue, headcount, operating expenses, cash, and key SaaS metrics.
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, and quarterly re-forecasting with leadership and department heads.
• Build models for product launches, pricing and packaging changes, GTM motions, growth initiatives, deal structures, discounting, and multi-year agreements.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps on targets, quota setting, territory and capacity planning, compensation plans, pipeline health, conversion, and bookings.
• Prepare executive, board, and investor reporting, including dashboards, KPI packages, budget-versus-actuals analysis, and forward-looking outlooks.
• Improve FP&A tooling, data infrastructure, planning processes, and reporting automation in partnership with Accounting and People Ops.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or business finance, including 3+ years at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience owning a company-level operating model and leading annual planning end to end.
• Direct experience partnering with Sales and GTM leaders on quota setting, capacity planning, and pipeline-based forecasting.
• Experience preparing board-level materials and presenting to executives.
• Expert-level financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets, with a deep understanding of the three financial statements and SaaS unit economics.
• Strong data skills with BI and visualization tools, CRM data such as Salesforce, and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills, including explaining financial analysis to finance and non-finance audiences.
• Detail orientation, sound business judgment, comfort balancing rigor with speed, and the ability to own outcomes in a fully remote environment.

Nice to have

• Investment banking, valuation, or Big Four advisory experience.
• Growth-stage Series B–D experience building processes rather than inheriting them.
• SQL experience.
• Experience with FP&A or planning platforms.
• Interest in using AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting.
