• Manage a dedicated portfolio of medium-sized business customers to ensure successful solution adoption.
• Build long-term relationships with company decision-makers and founders.
• Conduct professional product demos and provide ongoing support.
• Analyze customer behavior to derive actionable insights for retention and expansion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

• Fluent German (C2) and English (C1+) skills are mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for presenting and client interaction.

• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
