What you will do

• Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams on strategic projects to increase sales productivity and revenue.
• Program manage critical initiatives that shape the Large Customer Sales (LCS) business.
• Devise and recommend go-to-market strategies in partnership with senior sales and cross-functional leaders.
• Track data and maintain reporting processes for sales pipeline, productivity metrics, and forecasting.
• Optimize operational processes and build automation and scalability across systems and tools.
• Oversee the annual and quarterly planning processes for the LCS organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City, NY.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related quantitative discipline (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Mandatory SQL proficiency and advanced experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, or BigQuery.
• Required understanding of digital advertising and media.
• Proven experience partnering with and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
