What you will do
- Maintain Salesforce CRM hygiene and data integrity, including field updates, deduping, validation rules, and anomaly flagging.
- Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for pipeline, forecast, activity, and quota attainment.
- Support weekly forecast and pipeline review by preparing data packs, reconciling rep-submitted numbers, and tracking deal stage movement.
- Administer territory and account assignment changes in Salesforce to align with the approved territory and quota plan.
- Provide first-line tooling support to reps and frontline managers for Salesforce, Gong, and adjacent systems.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis (win/loss cuts, conversion funnel pulls, rep-level performance views) and maintain sales process documentation and playbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similarly analytical cross-functional role.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (reports, dashboards, and basic admin functions).
- Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups).
- Sharp attention to detail and strong communication skills, including the ability to flag issues early.
- Ability to manage multiple ad hoc requests alongside recurring deadlines (weekly forecast, monthly reporting).
- No immigration sponsorship or transfer available for this role.
Nice to have
- Logistics, freight, supply chain, or marketplace experience.
- Experience with SQL or other data tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Salesforce admin certification.
