What you will do

• Partner with APJ leaders to drive team health, organizational effectiveness, and strong performance.
• Serve as the regional point of contact for employment practices and compliance across the APJ region.
• Adapt and implement global people programs and policies to align with local regulatory requirements.
• Own and optimize regional People Operations processes, including compensation and performance cycles.
• Act as the strategic bridge between APJ regional insights and the global People organization.

Requirements

• Significant experience in HRBP or regional HR leadership, specifically partnering with teams across APJ.
• Strong working knowledge of APJ employment practices and compliance considerations.
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic leadership and hands-on operational levels.
• Experience working within global, distributed organizations.
• Strong relationship-building and influence skills across diverse cultures and geographies.
