What you will do
- Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and scale-up strategies.
- Lead employment law compliant HR practices across Finland and international locations.
- Coach managers on complex people topics and drive performance management and employee development.
- Build robust HR policies, processes, and documentation to support international growth and ensure legal compliance.
- Ensure cross-border consistency in employment practices, benefits, relocation, and local regulatory requirements.
- Lead HR programs around engagement, retention, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience, with substantial experience as HRBP or senior HR professional.
- Proven experience in scale-up or startup environments (tech, engineering, deep tech strongly preferred).
- Strong expertise in organizational design, structuring teams, and guiding managers through change.
- Solid understanding of employment law (Finland/EU) and compliance, with hands-on experience collaborating with legal counsel on HR matters.
- Experience building and implementing performance management and development systems in scaling organizations.
- Experience supporting international teams and building robust cross-country HR foundations.
