• Design and architect scalable test automation frameworks across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to define performance benchmarks, SLOs, and quality standards.

• Drive root cause analysis for complex production issues and performance regressions.
• Mentor engineers to foster strong engineering judgment and continuous learning.
• Contribute high-quality production code to critical components and complex problem areas.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
• 9–12 years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in C# / .NET Core and test automation.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cloud-based systems.
• Experience with Angular, React, or Node.js from a testability perspective.
