What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise Quality Engineering roadmap, establishing automation-first testing practices across UI, API, and integration workflows.
• Drive shift-left quality practices and partner with Engineering and Product leaders to improve platform reliability and delivery predictability.
• Lead the adoption of AI-assisted QE practices, including AI-enabled test generation and defect detection using tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
• Build and scale enterprise automation frameworks, governing Playwright-based standards integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement performance, scalability, and reliability testing alongside observability-driven validation and synthetic monitoring.
• Manage quality KPIs (defect escape rate, MTTR, platform availability) and mentor a global team of QE managers and engineers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Software Engineering.
• 5+ years leading Quality Engineering organizations and people leaders.
• Deep expertise in scaling quality strategies and Playwright-based framework development.
• Strong experience testing API-first and data-driven applications with hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, .NET applications, and cloud-native solutions.
• Must be based in the United States.
