What you will do

• Hire and develop a cross-functional team of QA Engineers.
• Own and optimize the total quality process, procedures, and decision support for product delivery.
• Set measurable goals, weekly priorities, and report progress and roadblocks to executive management.
• Evaluate and implement testing tools to facilitate team success.
• Perform hands-on testing, participate in code reviews, and act as a technical escalation point.
• Collaborate on backlog grooming, planning, and delivery activities.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in building and growing successful technical teams.
• Experience testing SaaS consumer or enterprise products.
• Proficiency in testing mobile and cross-platform/browser applications.
• Strong experience with lean or agile development and delivery.
• Must be located in the U.S.
• No visa sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

• Startup or open source experience.
• Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, or Robot Framework.
• Hands-on development experience and proficiency with Git.
