What you will do

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for functional, regression, and system testing.
• Collaborate with the Database team to manage data migrations and environment synchronization.
• Conduct smoke and sanity testing to verify baseline system stability after deployments.
• Monitor defect tracking systems and partner with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide detailed release notes and support external clients through testing cycles.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance or application testing.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in the office Monday-Thursday.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation platforms such as Selenium or Playwright.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools like Copilot for test generation.
• Proficiency in life insurance and annuities domain.
