Location: Must be based in the United States (Salt Lake City, UT or Colorado Springs, CO). This is a hybrid role requiring in-office attendance Monday-Thursday.
Salary: $55,000–$75,000

What you will do
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for functional, regression, and system testing.
- Collaborate with the Database team to manage data migrations and environment synchronization.
- Conduct smoke and sanity testing to verify baseline system stability after deployments.
- Monitor defect tracking systems and partner with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Provide detailed release notes and support external clients through testing cycles.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance or application testing.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in the office Monday-Thursday.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with test automation platforms such as Selenium or Playwright.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools like Copilot for test generation.
- Proficiency in life insurance and annuities domain.
