What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver in a C#/.NET environment.
• Own the performance testing lifecycle, including script development with JMeter and analysis in Azure Load Testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines via Azure Pipelines or GitHub Actions.
• Develop manual test cases based on business requirements and manage traceability using Azure Test Plans.
• Lead QA efforts within Agile teams, mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous quality improvement.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product stakeholders to advocate for quality across the SDLC.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET environment for web application automation.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and performance testing tools like JMeter.
• Working knowledge of the Azure ecosystem, specifically Azure DevOps, App Services, and Monitoring.
• Proven ability to lead QA initiatives and mentor team members in an Agile setting.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Detroit, MI.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with TypeScript and frontend automation tools.
