What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical delivery of a product pod, including design, implementation, and deployment.
• Write production code daily while leading architectural decisions and unblocking the team.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools across the full SDLC to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate with Product Leads to balance technical quality with delivery speed.
• Mentor engineers on effective AI-assisted workflows and conduct high-impact code reviews.
• Drive improvements to CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes across the organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of commercial software engineering experience with production systems at scale.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and driving complex project delivery.
• Deep understanding of software fundamentals including OOP, SOLID principles, and testing strategies.
• Strong proficiency in AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) and ability to lead team adoption.
• Strong experience with .NET and React is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside within the country.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare software, DICOM, HL7, or medical imaging workflows.
• Hands-on DevOps experience with Azure and Infrastructure as Code.
• Background in SaaS environments and outcome-driven delivery frameworks.
