Salary: $144,000 - $162,000

What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of 6-8 engineers, focusing on coaching, mentorship, and career development.
- Maintain hands-on involvement through code reviews, troubleshooting, and direct technical contributions.
- Partner with Architecture, QA, and Operations to drive technical initiatives and prioritize work.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to align on goals, delivery timelines, and technical tradeoffs.
- Champion the integration of AI to enhance engineering productivity and product innovation.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and team scaling efforts to support organizational growth.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
- 5+ years of hands-on technical leadership experience as a Senior or Lead Software Engineer.
- 3+ years of people management experience with direct responsibility for at least 4 engineers.
- Strong proficiency in .NET, SQL, and microservices architecture.
- Experience building, deploying, and supporting solutions in AWS.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and CI/CD practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with containerization, Terraform, and Spinnaker.
- Experience building SDKs in Kotlin or mobile development (iOS/Android).
- Background in high-traffic, large-scale consumer or enterprise platforms.
- Prior experience in the ticketing industry.
