What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of 6-8 engineers, focusing on coaching, mentorship, and career development.
• Maintain hands-on involvement through code reviews, troubleshooting, and direct technical contributions.
• Partner with Architecture, QA, and Operations to drive technical initiatives and prioritize work.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to align on goals, delivery timelines, and technical tradeoffs.
• Champion the integration of AI to enhance engineering productivity and product innovation.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and team scaling efforts to support organizational growth.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
• 5+ years of hands-on technical leadership experience as a Senior or Lead Software Engineer.
• 3+ years of people management experience with direct responsibility for at least 4 engineers.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, SQL, and microservices architecture.
• Experience building, deploying, and supporting solutions in AWS.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and CI/CD practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization, Terraform, and Spinnaker.
• Experience building SDKs in Kotlin or mobile development (iOS/Android).
• Background in high-traffic, large-scale consumer or enterprise platforms.
• Prior experience in the ticketing industry.
