What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects involving data migration, AI/ML, cloud modernization, and database transformation.
• Establish project schedules, monitor milestones, and ensure completion within scope and approved budget.
• Implement proactive risk management, early warning systems, and structured recovery plans for distressed projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and partners, delivering executive-level presentations.
• Own Statements of Work (SOW), manage contractual obligations, and maintain rigorous change control discipline.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives using Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience in an IT Services or professional services environment.
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and senior stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience managing complex technical projects such as data migrations, cloud migrations, or AI/ML implementations.
• Proficiency with Jira, Jira Plans, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Comfortable working during EST business hours with potential support for EMEA-based projects.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certifications.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools for project management and reporting automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
