What you will do

• Support end-to-end delivery coordination for low-complexity projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate project planning activities, including schedule development, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and gather data for periodic Services Delivery engagement reporting.
• Proactively identify risks and assist in timely mitigation to ensure project success.
• Prepare customer-facing materials including kick-off decks, status reports, and meeting recaps.
• Adopt AI tools and methodologies to increase personal and team efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of related experience.
• Experience in a client-facing or technical support role.
• Exposure to or interest in AI/ML, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and/or Cloud fields.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks such as SCRUM or PMBOK.
• Strong organizational skills and effective verbal and written communication.

• Master's degree.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies or enterprise software.
