Location: Remote (US). Must be based in Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST). US work authorization is required (no sponsorship).

Salary: $61,000–$75,000 base + variable

What you will do

  • Target strategic accounts and prospects to generate high-quality leads for Account Executives.
  • Execute outbound campaigns using cold calling (web dialer) and high-velocity email tools.
  • Secure and manage high-quality meetings, ensuring smooth transitions and strong attendance rates.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and track engagement progress within Salesforce CRM.
  • Analyze outreach effectiveness and refine messaging and talk tracks to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to align on target accounts and improve lead quality.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B outbound sales development, lead generation, or business development.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs and pipeline contribution.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as business needs require.
