Salary: $61,000–$75,000 base + variable

What you will do
- Target strategic accounts and prospects to generate high-quality leads for Account Executives.
- Execute outbound campaigns using cold calling (web dialer) and high-velocity email tools.
- Secure and manage high-quality meetings, ensuring smooth transitions and strong attendance rates.
- Maintain accurate lead records and track engagement progress within Salesforce CRM.
- Analyze outreach effectiveness and refine messaging and talk tracks to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to align on target accounts and improve lead quality.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B outbound sales development, lead generation, or business development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs and pipeline contribution.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
- Ability to travel up to 10% as business needs require.
