TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (LegalTech): Generating qualified sales opportunities and consulting prospective clients on 's Suite offerings with an accent on lead qualification and pipeline growth. Location: Hybrid (minimum twice per week in office) for candidates based in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, or Sydney.
Salary: 52,500 CAD base + 22,500 CAD expected commission (uncapped).

What you will do
- Manage MQLs across all segments and develop qualification skills for cold and warm leads.
- Maintain a high volume of outreach, typically 50-70 calls per day.
- Collaborate directly with Account Executives to create qualified sales opportunities.
- Consult prospective clients on 's value proposition and conduct product demonstrations.
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and meet daily KPIs.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience, including cold-calling.
- Knowledge of and passion for cloud-based technology products.
- Competitive and continuous improvement mindset.
- Keen interest in using AI to improve sales craft.
- Must be located in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, or Sydney to satisfy hybrid work requirements.

- Sales experience and training at a leading tech/IT company.
- Previous experience working at a SaaS company.
