TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (LegalTech): Generating qualified sales opportunities and consulting prospective clients on hirify.global's Suite offerings with an accent on lead qualification and pipeline growth. Focus on managing high-volume outreach, collaborating with Account Executives, and leveraging AI to improve sales efficiency.

Location: Hybrid (minimum twice per week in office) for candidates based in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, or Sydney.

Salary: 52,500 CAD base + 22,500 CAD expected commission (uncapped).

What you will do

  • Manage MQLs across all segments and develop qualification skills for cold and warm leads.
  • Maintain a high volume of outreach, typically 50-70 calls per day.
  • Collaborate directly with Account Executives to create qualified sales opportunities.
  • Consult prospective clients on hirify.global's value proposition and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Document all sales activities in Salesforce and meet daily KPIs.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, including cold-calling.
  • Knowledge of and passion for cloud-based technology products.
  • Competitive and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Keen interest in using AI to improve sales craft.
  • Must be located in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, or Sydney to satisfy hybrid work requirements.

Nice to have

  • Sales experience and training at a leading tech/IT company.
  • Previous experience working at a SaaS company.
