What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of Tier 3 accounts end-to-end, including territory planning and contract renewals.
- Provide operational and administrative support for Enterprise Sales, including tender preparation and reporting.
- Maintain high CRM data integrity within Salesforce and support sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support lead generation activities and campaign execution.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or business retention.
- Sound understanding of the sales cycle, pipeline management, and forecasting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Confidence in delivering software demonstrations in a virtual environment.
- Ability to attend in-person interviews at a office as part of the recruitment process.
