What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of Tier 3 accounts end-to-end, including territory planning and contract renewals.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for Enterprise Sales, including tender preparation and reporting.
  • Maintain high CRM data integrity within Salesforce and support sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support lead generation activities and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or business retention.
  • Sound understanding of the sales cycle, pipeline management, and forecasting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Confidence in delivering software demonstrations in a virtual environment.
  • Ability to attend in-person interviews at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.

  • Experience working within subscription-based, SaaS, technology, or content-driven environments.
