TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Driving lead generation and pipeline growth for a global cybersecurity leader with an accent on qualifying prospects and scheduling product demonstrations. Focus on executing outbound sales strategies, managing CRM data, and collaborating with account managers to expand market presence in the DACH region.

Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in office).

What you will do

  • Generate and qualify leads across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Channel segments.
  • Evaluate incoming leads and schedule product demonstrations for sales teams.
  • Execute outbound activities to identify and contact potential customers.
  • Develop creative marketing campaigns via email and social media.
  • Partner with Channel Account Managers to target high-value prospects.
  • Manage pipeline and opportunities using Salesforce and other CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Must be based in Barcelona and able to work from the office 1-2 days per week.
  • Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to articulate technical information clearly.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in metrics-based environments.
  • Self-disciplined with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in business development or inside sales.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
