is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming HR and Finance management with an intuitive platform, now launching a new IT management product.
What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close across the DACH region.
- Conduct discovery sessions, product demos, and solution presentations with IT and operations decision-makers.
- Build consultative relationships and act as a trusted advisor to prospects.
- Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine ideal customer profiles, messaging, and outreach strategies.
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing to shape demos, positioning, and product direction.
- Track and forecast sales opportunities accurately using HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- Must be native or bilingual in German with professional English skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in IT, Cloud, or Operations.
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
- Organized and analytical with pipeline and forecast management experience.
- Passion for technology and SaaS products.
- Entrepreneurial mindset excited to build and iterate in a startup-like environment.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to IT personas such as CIOs, IT Managers, or VP Engineering.
- Background in ITSM, MDM, or SaaS automation solutions.
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling in existing customer bases.
