What you will do

• Own and operate the Enterprise Data & Analytics delivery operating model to ensure consistent execution across sprints and releases.
• Establish standards and practices for Agile delivery operations, including PI planning and throughput metrics.
• Oversee program- and portfolio-level release management, dependency coordination, and integrated release gates.
• Lead portfolio operations and capacity management, providing visibility into demand, constraints, and delivery commitments.
• Run delivery operations forums and enforce quality assurance controls to support audit-ready execution.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Delivery Operations team focused on accountability and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Cybersecurity, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in digital health, product development, UX design, or systems operations.
• Proven experience leading large cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-level initiatives in complex organizations.
• Must be based in the US; no visa sponsorship or F-1 STEM OPT extension is provided.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and operational governance.
• Experience supporting data, analytics, or technology platform organizations.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MS, or MPH.
• Experience running large-scale implementations in a 5B+ Academic medical center.
• Agile or delivery certifications (e.g., CSM, ACSM, PMI-ACP, CSP).
