Director of Client Solutions (Healthcare/SaaS): Managing a portfolio of enterprise biopharma accounts and leading a team of Engagement Managers to drive retention and growth with an accent on strategic partnership and patient outcome optimization. Location: Must be based in New York City (office-first, in-person collaboration 4 days per week)
Salary: $180k – $225k

What you will do
- Act as the senior strategic partner for flagship enterprise accounts, advising VP and C-suite stakeholders on Patient Services and Field Access strategy.
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Engagement Managers and Client Solution Associates.
- Own portfolio-level outcomes, including retention, renewals, and account expansion.
- Develop and implement repeatable frameworks and best practices to scale client delivery consistently.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure client needs are met and advocate for platform evolution.
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of experience in SaaS delivery, customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-workstream engagements for enterprise clients.
- Experience managing client-facing teams and owning portfolio-level growth and retention targets.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to present to and advise C-suite leadership.
- Must be based in New York City for an office-first environment (4 days per week).
- Ability to travel to client locations approximately 25% of the time.
Nice to have
- Direct experience in healthcare technology or life sciences services.
- Experience building or maturing a client-facing function, including playbooks and hiring.
- Ability to engage in technical discussions regarding integrations and data flows.
