What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team and oversee hiring and team growth.
• Own the deployment outcome and GM-level responsibility for customer revenue numbers.
• Build AI agents covering account strategy, prospecting, outbound emails, and follow-ups.
• Fully automate nuanced SDR tasks with a focus on continuous learning and clear evaluations.
• Embed directly into customer workflows via shared Slack channels to ship rapid agent improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally as a technical founder or founding engineer.
• Production experience with AI agents, including shipping prompt or tool changes based on user feedback.
• High agency and comfort owning outcomes without a predefined playbook.
• Strong communication skills to bridge gaps between sales teams, engineering, and leadership.
• Must be based in San Francisco.
