What you will do

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary pod of frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers.
• Own end-to-end execution of AI-powered product initiatives from 0→1 prototypes to scaled production.
• Partner with Product and Design on roadmap planning and AI-driven workflow improvements.
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews and architectural guidance across the stack.
• Establish engineering fundamentals including observability, testing, and operational rigor.
• Foster a culture of high trust and velocity while hiring and developing exceptional talent.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience and 2–5+ years of people management experience.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary product teams that ship user-facing software.
• Practical experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered features into production systems.
• Strong product engineering background with workflow-heavy or data-rich applications.
• Technical depth to review code and guide architecture across frontend, backend, and AI systems.
• Must be based in the United States.
