What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of full-stack and AI engineers while directly managing specific workstreams.
  • Define the team's mission, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with product, data science, and GTM leaders.
  • Guide system design and architectural decisions to ensure the reliability and scalability of the AI platform.
  • Manage the full talent lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, and career development for direct reports.
  • Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and implement LLM-based APIs for adaptive agents.
  • Improve organizational engineering processes regarding recruiting, performance, and agile development.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Boston, MA (Hybrid)
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams, including remote members and lead engineers.
  • Proven experience building AI-driven product features in a full-stack capacity.
  • Deep understanding of common engineering architectures for highly scalable systems.
  • Ability to deliver complex, multi-quarter projects involving multiple teams.

  • Previous experience as an entrepreneur.
