Salary: $110,000–$130,000 base + commission

hirify.global is a Data as a Service (DaaS) company specializing in high-accuracy points of interest (POI) databases for product and analytics teams.

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle deals from initial contact to contract signature within defined territories.
  • Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management.
  • Conduct consultative discovery to align geospatial data products with client use cases.
  • Develop deep expertise in core verticals including real estate, fintech, adtech, logistics, and retail.
  • Utilize AI tools to research accounts and personalize outreach.
  • Provide accurate CRM forecasting and collaborate with the product team on market insights.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of B2B SaaS or data sales experience with a proven track record of hitting quotas.
  • Experience selling data products, APIs, or tools targeting technical buyers such as data engineers and scientists.
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals involving technical and executive leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical datasets.
  • AI fluency: active integration of AI tools into daily sales workflows.
  • Experience working in remote, async-first environments.

Nice to have

  • Background in location intelligence or geospatial data.
  • Existing relationships in fintech, retail tech, real estate tech, or adtech.
  • Experience working in small companies with fewer than 50 employees.
