What you will do

• Lead and develop the EMEA Professional Services team, including Implementation Consultants, Solution Architects, and Deliverability Strategists.
• Own regional performance across services delivery, sales growth, and customer advocacy.
• Partner with EMEA Sales and Customer Success to drive services attach and lifecycle expansion.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex regional engagements and C-level stakeholders.
• Coordinate capacity sharing and follow-the-sun delivery with AMER and APAC counterparts.
• Champion AI-forward ways of working to improve scoping and delivery excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years in SaaS Professional Services, technical client services, or enterprise consulting.
• 5+ years leading managers and senior ICs in matrixed environments.
• Deep knowledge of MarTech (Email, SMS, CDP, eCommerce, B2C CRM).
• Must be London-based.
• Professional English proficiency required.
• Proven ability to manage services operations data including utilization, bookings, and pipeline.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
