What you will do

• Create and manage complex delivery plans for Field Engineering teams to support service performance.
• Lead team members on the processes and procedures required to deliver accurate field operations.
• Own delivery performance, utilizing structured problem solving to continuously improve results.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and resolve escalations.
• Enforce strict governance to prevent field overloading and ensure adherence to core responsibilities.
• Prioritize health and safety (H&S) guidelines across all operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in people management, including handling performance issues.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial literacy (e.g., business KPIs and business cases).
• Expertise in stakeholder management and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Bristol office 3 days a week

• Successful delivery of small to large-scale programs.
