What you will do

  • Manage delivery of initiatives from design and build through to testing and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outsourced providers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Track milestones, manage risks and issues, and facilitate workshops to solve complex challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement opportunities to enhance processes and operational ways of working.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Ensure all solutions are implemented in line with risk, control, and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

  • Experience within asset management and a strong understanding of investment operations.
  • Knowledge of post-trade derivatives workflows, specifically OTC and ETD processes.
  • Proven experience delivering operating model change within operational or outsourced environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across internal and external partners.
  • Experience working within risk and control frameworks to deliver compliant solutions.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
