What you will do

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software on time and within budget.
• Facilitate squad ceremonies and manage delivery plans, roadmaps, and dependencies.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and resource bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Analysts to prioritize backlogs and technical roadmaps.
• Manage budget allocations and track financial performance across initiatives.
• Coach and mentor delivery leads to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in governing large, complex, and cross-functional digital initiatives.
• Strong background in digital retail environments.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery models and metric-driven continuous improvement.
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen with experience in budget management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
