TL;DR
Legal Product Manager (Legaltech): Improving legal drafting software by translating complex legal workflows into product requirements and leading enterprise adoption with an accent on legal workflow analysis, product development, and customer value. Focus on collaborating with development teams, supporting law firm deployments, measuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
Location: South Korea; fully remote. Employees near Tokyo may work in person several times a month. Relocation to Japan is optional, and visa support is available for those who choose to relocate.

What you will do
- Deconstruct complex legal workflows and collaborate with development teams to define functional requirements.
- Apply legal expertise to product development through rapid iteration, experimentation, and actionable feedback.
- Lead strategic product rollout and adoption at top-tier law firms and global enterprises.
- Track and improve customer satisfaction through quantitative and qualitative measures.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow customer accounts and revenue.
Requirements
- Native-level Korean and business-level English for discussing complex requirements and strategies with development teams and international colleagues.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong commitment to solving legal-sector challenges through technology.
- Experience managing legal operations is an advantage.
