Senior Product Manager

What you will do

• Lead product strategy, vision, development, and lifecycle management from ideation through retirement.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Prioritize features, manage risks and issues, and oversee product build and continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify customer and industry needs.
• Collaborate with technology, engineering, design, sales, marketing, finance, pricing, customer experience, and solution architecture teams.
• Define product requirements, user stories, specifications, metrics, and business cases while mentoring junior product managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, product management, or project management.
• Experience with AML/KYC workflows and fraud screening procedures.
• Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, customer needs assessment, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fluency in English; additional languages may be relevant to the working market.
