Product Lead (LegalTech)

hirify.global builds digital infrastructure for cross-border legal transactions in Europe, combining identity verification, document management, signing, notarisation, and jurisdiction-specific workflows.

What you will do

• Own the product lifecycle from customer problem discovery through shipped outcomes.
• Set product priorities and roadmap direction with the founder and engineering.
• Work with customers to identify workflow friction and translate complex legal requirements into simple product experiences.
• Develop the enterprise product, integration experience, and end-to-end journey from document upload and identity through signing, notarisation, and delivery.
• Decide where software, AI, and human expertise should be used across legal workflows.
• Use customer behaviour and data to measure outcomes, define scope, and make trade-offs with engineers.

Requirements

• Strong experience building and shipping B2B or B2B2C software products.
• Excellent product judgment, prioritisation, customer discovery, and analytical skills.
• Experience working closely with engineers on technically complex products.
• Ability to simplify complex systems while preserving important domain constraints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, high ownership, and comfort working without a large team or established playbook.
• Willingness to learn complicated domains; experience in legal tech, fintech, identity, compliance, workflow software, or another regulated industry is valuable but not essential.
