Product Manager (eSign)

Location: Hybrid from the Edmonton, Alberta office, Canada

What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and objectives for the eSign domain.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept and development through launch and continuous improvement.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog while clarifying requirements and removing delivery roadblocks.
• Develop monetization strategies and use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate opportunities.
• Analyze product performance before and after launch to optimize the customer experience and conversion funnel.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, checkout specialists, analysts, QA, and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, computing science, design, project management, business analysis, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, digital marketing, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of product management principles, Agile practices, backlog management, and prioritization.
• Experience developing data-driven monetization strategies and optimizing opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Technical aptitude, business and financial literacy, project management skills, and the ability to balance competing priorities.
• Proficiency in AI tools such as Claude and experience collaborating with cross-functional development teams.

Nice to have

• Experience developing products or launching features in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with eSignature products, platforms, or workflows.
• Experience optimizing conversion funnels for customer acquisition, engagement, or retention.
