What you will do

• Manage payroll processing, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions.
• Prepare and file quarterly and annual BIR tax returns and statutory reports.
• Handle corporate compliance requirements with SEC, BIR, and local government units.
• Maintain audit-ready accounting, payroll, and tax records.
• Assist with month-end financial reconciliations and expense reporting.
• Monitor regulatory updates and advise leadership on compliance risks.

Requirements

• Must be located in Metro Manila and able to process government transactions in person.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end Philippine tax and government compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and payroll processing.
• Hands-on experience with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and SEC portals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• CPA designation.
• Experience handling BIR audits.
• Experience working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
