What you will do

• Own planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for Pharma Operations and HR.
• Deliver monthly performance analyses, variance reporting, and management presentations.
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to the Head of HR and Executive Director of Pharma Operations.
• Develop business cases for strategic investments and perform scenario modeling.
• Lead the implementation of new FP&A platforms and automate reporting workflows.
• Integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance financial analytics and data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, or Financial Analysis.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to process improvement through technology and automation.
