What you will do

• Strategically plan key business metrics including revenue, return rates, and discounts.
• Derive monthly targets from annual business plans and communicate them to internal teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide concrete recommendations for action.
• Prepare cross-team ad-hoc analyses, reports, and dashboards.
• Continuously develop, optimize, and automate planning and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in planning, finance, controlling, or management consulting.
• Excellent MS Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Very good German or English skills required.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Google Looker Studio.
