What you will do
- Build and maintain financial models for investment decisions, refinancing, and long-term planning
- Prepare lender, shareholder, and board materials including investor presentations and financing packs
- Support debt sourcing, refinancing, and lender conversations across Europe
- Analyse portfolio performance, recurring revenue, and profitability drivers
- Partner with FP&A, Investments, and Capital Markets on strategic financial projects
- Review numbers for leadership, investors, and partners; improve models and reporting processes
- Contribute to high-priority growth and platform expansion projects
Requirements
- 2-4 years in M&A, leveraged finance, restructuring, transaction services, debt advisory, or investing
- Strong financial modelling skills for real business decisions
- Excellent communication to turn complex analysis into clear stories
- Comfortable with senior leadership, lenders, and investors internationally
- Sharp attention to detail and ownership of work quality
- Curiosity, sound judgment, interest in business growth
- Full professional fluency in English
