What you will do

• Own end-to-end accounts payable (AP) and procure-to-pay (P2P) operations, including vendor onboarding and master data management.
• Process payment proposals and manage foreign currency valuations and payments.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage balance sheet account provisions.
• Ensure VAT compliance across European and UK entities and support year-end financial reporting.
• Manage credit card processes via Yokoy and Zip, including approvals and reconciliation.
• Lead AI and automation projects to streamline reporting and compliance workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in AP and VAT, ideally within a SaaS or international environment.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of cross-border tax considerations and VAT regulations.
• English: Strong communication and writing skills required.
• Demonstrated AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools for productivity.

Nice to have

• Austrian Bilanzbuchhalter qualification.
