What you will do

• Participate in design and specification meetings to ensure testability of new features.
• Develop detailed test plans, scripts, and data sets for system verification.
• Execute functional and system integration tests to identify and log defects.
• Create summary reports for business stakeholders to support product acceptance.
• Evaluate testing workflows to identify opportunities for automation and standardization.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide consulting expertise and prevent bugs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Engineering.
• Minimum of six months of experience in an IT or professional business environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot inconsistencies in data or logic.
• Effective communication skills for working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as per E-Verify requirements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with enterprise-grade test management or defect tracking tools.
• Basic understanding of relational databases and ability to run simple SQL queries.
