What you will do

• Drive the product roadmap for key components of AI and agent platforms to align with business goals.
• Partner with science and engineering teams to define and prioritize technical requirements for new AI capabilities.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including writing PRDs, technical specifications, and business requirements.
• Develop success metrics and conduct data analysis to measure performance and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with UX teams to ensure optimal user experience across various surfaces and devices.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Science, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Legal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, IT or equivalent.
• 5+ years of industry experience with at least 3+ years in technical product management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical products at scale.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Excellence in written and verbal communication for translating technical concepts to various audiences.
• Must be based in San Jose, California for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a technical field.
• Experience with conversational AI, voice-based products, NLP, and LLMs.
• Track record of innovation and zero-to-one product development.
• Experience with Deep Learning model training or inference.
