Salary: $206,000 – $228,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own pod execution end-to-end, including sprint planning, retros, and delivery tracking.
• Co-own the Growth roadmap with Product Management to shape scope and drive trade-off decisions.
• Ship features across the full stack using TypeScript, React Native, NextJS, NestJS, and GraphQL.
• Set technical direction, propose tooling improvements, and maintain high engineering standards.
• Build team capacity through structured growth conversations, delegation, and mentorship.
• Contribute as an individual contributor during the initial onboarding phase and on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• 6+ years of application engineering experience with depth in TypeScript and React.
• 2+ years of technical leadership experience (engineering management preferred).
• Startup veteran with experience at Series B or earlier companies.
• Backend proficiency alongside front-end strength to own architectural decisions.
• Business-informed prioritization instincts connecting engineering to growth metrics.
• Must be based in the US (NYC location strongly preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience with NestJS, Postgres, Temporal, and AWS.
• Background building consumer health, fintech, or regulated-industry products.
• Experience using AI/LLMs in production applications.
