Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do
- Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully-remote, virtual setting.
- Manage patient care plans, prescribe medications, and conduct patient education.
- Support physicians with Epic inbox management, including labs, imaging, and patient inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively with Care Concierge and Clinical Operations teams.
- Utilize 's clinical AI platform to streamline clinical workflows and improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain high performance against clinical goals while ensuring compassionate patient care.
Requirements
- Must be licensed in Florida (FL)
- 5+ years of clinical practice experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Primary Care
- Minimum 1 year of experience using Epic EMR
- Must be currently enrolled or eligible for enrollment as a Medicare provider
- Must be able to work Mondays and Fridays with specific shift flexibility
- Clean background and medical malpractice history
Nice to have
- Experience in behavioral health and pediatrics
- Previous experience in a telemedicine environment
