What you will do

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to develop and optimize the medication management software platform.
• Improve clinical algorithms, workflows, and performance metrics based on current quality measures and guidelines.
• Serve as the platform subject matter expert for providers, internal stakeholders, and leadership.
• Perform quality assurance on customer deliverables and conduct user acceptance testing of clinical outputs.
• Develop intervention strategies to optimize medication utilization and achieve established clinical goals.
• Supervise the clinical quality of product content and assist in clinical program development.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college or university.
• Active license from a Board of Pharmacy in good standing.
• Completion of a PGY-1 residency or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to manage structured data using SQL, Excel, or logic-based tools.
• Must reside in the United States and be eligible to work there.
• Ability to translate complex clinical guidelines into technical specifications and program design.

Nice to have

• Board certification in a relevant clinical area.
• Experience with EHR systems and quality measures such as CMS, PQA, or HEDIS.
• Familiarity with HTML, JSON, FHIR, or drug databases.
• Experience using JIRA for ticketing and Confluence for documentation.
• Ability to interpret health plan formularies.
