Salary: $130,000–$150,000

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive medication management, including access, education, and adherence support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize medication therapy and disease outcomes.
• Document patient encounters and adverse drug events in the electronic medical record.
• Liaise between regional teams and the medication management center of excellence.
• Promote evidence-based, cost-effective medication practices.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory authorities and pharmacy standards.

Requirements

• Must hold an unrestricted, current pharmacist license in the US with ability to obtain reciprocity.
• Active Washington state pharmacy license strongly preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Pharm.D program.
• Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency (pediatric or ambulatory care preferred).
• 2+ years of practice experience in pediatrics post-residency.
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-2 Pediatric or Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency.
• Board Certification (BCPPS, BCPS, or BCACP).
